Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), and Singapore. We’re working on additional regions — we’ll announce any expansion here and by email.

We handle packing and dispatch in-house, so we maintain quality oversight at every stage before your order leaves our hands.

 


 

Processing time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (MYT) on a business day are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends and Malaysian public holidays, are processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

 


 

Delivery estimates & rates

These windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, extreme weather, public holidays, and remote postcodes can extend delivery times. We will proactively inform you of any major disruptions we are aware of.

Some remote postcodes within East Malaysia may experience longer delivery windows. We will inform you if we know your area is affected when you place your order.

 


 

Free shipping

  • Peninsular Malaysia: Orders with a subtotal of RM 150 and above ship free.

  • East Malaysia: Orders with a subtotal of RM 250 and above ship free.
  • Singapore: Orders with a subtotal of RM 300 and above ship free.

The threshold applies after any discount codes and before applicable taxes. If your order qualifies, shipping is automatically free at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust free-shipping thresholds by zone; any changes will be posted here and will apply to orders placed after the update.

 


 

Title and risk

Once we hand your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. This is the legal standard for most e‑commerce transactions.

As a gesture of service, we will still voluntarily investigate and make things right for damaged or lost shipments — see below. This voluntary commitment does not alter the legal passing of risk and is offered at our discretion.

 


 

Supplements and tropical heat

Our formulas are manufactured and packaged to be shelf‑stable in tropical ambient conditions. We still recommend storing your supplements in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources once you receive them. If your delivery address doesn’t have reliable shade or indoor storage (e.g., an exposed mailbox, a shared locker without cooling), email us and we’ll advise on the best timing to ship.

 


 

If something goes wrong in transit

If your order arrives damaged, goes missing, or is significantly delayed (more than 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery window):

  1. Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at hello[@]nutrascience.co. Include your order number and clear photos of any damage.

  2. We will investigate with the carrier.

  3. We will work with you to find a resolution. Depending on the circumstances, we may resend your order (same product), issue store credit (if the item is out of stock), or provide a refund. This is separate from your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia), which remain unaffected.

 


 

Important notes

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Singapore orders: Any import duties, customs fees, or GST levied by Singapore authorities are your responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping fee. Please ensure you are aware of any applicable charges before ordering. We recommend verifying your local GST rules — if you are a business importing goods, additional requirements may apply.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for packages held by local authorities.

  • We do not currently require a signature on delivery, but we encourage you to provide a secure delivery address.

 


 

Policy updates

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

 


 

Governing law

This Shipping Policy is part of your agreement with Nutrascience and is governed by our Terms of Service and the laws of Malaysia.
