60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
NutraScience offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible products purchased through our official website (nutrascience.co). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms below.
All guarantee requests are subject to NutraScience's approval. To initiate a request, contact support@nutrascience.co within 60 days of receiving your item(s), providing the order number, registered email address, and reason for the request.
Eligibility
- The guarantee applies to first-time purchases of an eligible SKU, limited to one (1) claim per customer per SKU.
- Available on orders placed through nutrascience.co only. Purchases made via Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or any third-party marketplace are governed by that platform's return policy.
- Bundles, multi-packs, and bulk orders qualify on the first opened unit only; all remaining units must be returned unopened in original packaging.
- The following are not eligible: gift purchases, items redeemed using cashback or reward points, items purchased with promotional vouchers exceeding 30% of order value, and clearance/final-sale items.
How to Submit a Request
- Email support@nutrascience.co with your order number, email address, and reason for the request.
- Do not return the product until you receive written return instructions from NutraScience. Returns received without prior authorisation will not be processed.
- Once authorised, ship the product (used or unused) along with original packaging to the address provided.
Refund Terms
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item(s) are received and inspected by NutraScience.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit voucher, at the customer's election.
- Refund processing takes 14–20 business days from receipt of the returned item(s).
- Shipping fees (original delivery and return shipping) are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Any cashback or reward points earned from the refunded order will be deducted from the customer's account.
- Used promotional vouchers will be reissued at remaining value, with a new expiry date matching the unused duration from the original.
Conditions
- Returned items must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit. NutraScience is not liable for parcels lost or damaged during return shipping.
- NutraScience reserves the right to deny any guarantee request where abuse is suspected, including repeat claims, fraudulent claims, or claims inconsistent with reasonable trial use.
- NutraScience reserves the right to amend or terminate this guarantee at any time without prior notice. Requests submitted before any amendment will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
